M11 Pop Up
The shop sold eleven unique design items that were functional, used in everyday life, and that related to both professions.
The pop up also connected both artist and architect with their audience / customers / colleagues, and provided a shopping experience that was part theatre and part retail. The sale of the items covered the production costs of the work.
“M11 Pop Up” was part of Manifesta 11, joining artists with non-artists around the theme of work or “What people do for money?”.
