I'd like to cum in your ass

I’d Like to Cum in Your Ass is a digital booklet consisting of a self-portrait (To S., 6.8 x 9.1 cm, colour photograph, 2019), followed by 14 quotes from discussions I had during professional meetings about my work with men from the Swiss art scene. Their names are deliberately omitted, just their profession is specified.
As a result of these discussions, inappropriate statements about my work and person, as well as inappropriate proposals in such a context, emerge.
The photograph, accompanying the quotes, does not wish to arouse nor displease, it lets itself be looked at passively. In a sense, it is an illustration and an answer to their words, conveying different metaphors and questions linked to sexuality, art history and women : « your fight is not ours. »
I am a woman painter, free to expose and enjoy my body.
I assume and claim my femininity through my actions, my appearance and my painting.
I am and will remain a seductress.
But not everything can be reduced to its surface.
