A fire sculpture of an Orangutan (manifesting Gaia's Fury and agony at the desecration of the earth) is ignigted by Kalima (played by Rama Kalindindi) The flamming Orangutan (animated by Brendhan Dickerson, Irene Maag and Andrea Zellhuber), writhing in its rage and pain, moves across the site as it is consmed by the flames. When it has burnt out the audience is invited to stand in silent solidarity and empathy with the earth.
