On the edge of the Rhine falls a radient being bursts into existance and dances its short extatic existance before the rushing waters of the Rhinefalls. The fire sculpture is mounted on the shoulders of the artist who animates the figure with rods held in his hands,and with the movements of his own body.
Additional
This work was commissioned by the curators, to be performed at the opening of the exhibition. It took place just after sunset.
