Course of events: The illuminated sign "Buffet" at Aarau railroad station, which has dominated for decades, is dismantled in a performance a few days before the building is demolished, carried through the city and deposited in front of the Kunsthaus Aargau, transformed into a sculpture and declared to be art.
Background: My performances are often documentations of my life. I used to live in this station building. The imminent demolition meant that I had to move out. As an artist, I wanted to pay my last respects to the station in the form of a performance and declare part of the station to be art and thus preserve it.

Diese Performance steht exemplarisch für ein paar Dutzend weiterer Performances die ich bis zum heutigen Tag selbst Initiiert habe oder daran beteiligt war. Die Buffet Skulptur wurde ein halbes Jahr danach im Kunsthaus Aargau ausgestellt. Der Skulptur wurde dazu ein verpackter Monitor (mit dem Performance Video im Loop) zur Seite gestellt, welcher speziell dafür gebaut wurde. Alles ist in Aarau, Schweiz eingelagert und kann ausgeliehen werden.
