“Being gifted with unique climates and spaces and a place where students and staff spend a considerable amount of time, including leisure and food consumption in a social context, it would be an interesting experiment to seek for ways to produce food for consumption in a communal way within the HfG without disrupting its function, even adding to its wellbeing.

The seminar will look at a wide range of practical knowledge from plant selections and their growth conditions to methods of growth up to digitally enhanced ways to durably, manageably produce appetible greens. Starting from basic knowledge and techniques we will proceed to prototype and test implementations to be refined into practical solutions. Several external and inhouse guests to be confirmed.”
