Die täglichen Übungen des Kollektivs DARTS (disappearing artists)

Through a live instruction manual, Claudia Grimm presents the three-part training kit of the DARTS collective (disappearing artists). The 9 artists initially devised it for their own needs such as "enriching the days, the art and the body", as they say. Recently they have also made it available to the public. The so-called Archifundus is the heart of the program. It consists of 3 small containers, in which "performable material" in minimal formats is collected. It may refer to art, but also to the public space, household or any other workplace. The Archifundus is a suitable basis for the training programme because the access to each content requires the user to make his/her own current use of the material. The collective's vision is that, through the Archifundus and its training units, a "performative web is created that includes everything that concerns us."

In Form einer Live-Gebrauchsanweisung stellt Claudia Grimm das dreiteilige Übungsset des Kollektivs DARTS (disappearing artists) vor. Die 9 Kunstschaffenden haben es zunächst für ihre eigenen Bedürfnisse entwickelt, für die „Anreicherung der Tage, der Kunst und der Körper“, wie sie sagen. Seit kurzem stellen sie es auch der Öffentlichkeit zur Verfügung. Der sogenannte Archifundus ist das Herzstück des Programms. Er besteht aus 3 kleinen Behältern. Darin wird, immer in Minimalformaten, „performables Material“ gesammelt. Das kann sich auf Kunst, kann sich aber auch auf den öffentlichen Raum, den Haushalt oder irgendeinen anderen Arbeitsplatz beziehen. Als Grundlage für das Übungsprogramm eignet sich der Archifundus deshalb, weil jeder Zugriff auf seinen Inhalt vom Nutzer, von der Nutzerin eine eigene aktuelle Verwendung des Materials verlangt. Die Vision des Kollektivs ist es, dass mittels des Archifundus und seiner Trainingseinheiten ein „performatives Gespinst entsteht, das alles einbezieht, was uns angeht“.
