9-5 Clock
My 9 - 5 clock marks each second with a strobe pulse. The striking, pop colors enforce its presence on the viewer, a step ahead of the strategically placed clocks in work spaces. And, the underlying alarm sounds mark every minute to further impose the exaggerated importance of time.
