Arkadien brennt - Ein Zwischenspiel

"Arkadien brennt - ein Zwischenspiel" is a scenic walk reading in which participants put themselves in the position of the protagonist, a walker. Text and spatial perception intertwine, reinforce each other or get in each other's way. The theme is our perception of the environment, specifically our perception on our walks, on a somewhat more abstract level our view of nature and the world, the tension between the images in our heads and the world outside, which throws our images into crisis. The performance is to be understood in the context of climate change and the destruction of nature, more generally in the context of every conceivable crisis, because every crisis is always first and foremost a crisis of the image.
