The work consists of a program in both senses of the word. A program as software and a program as instructions for a possible performance, which is displayed as a poster in the showcase. For the opening performance, three people were selected from the audience and equipped with a smartphone. The program hanging in the showcase will now be performed. At the beginning, each participant receives the instructions via instant message on their smartphone. After the selected people have read the instructions, the performance starts. This consists of a dialog text that is sent by the software to one smartphone at a time and is then spoken by the person who receives the text. Chance plays a role in who receives which text to speak. The work reveals the program code required for the performance and encourages visitors to the exhibition to perform it themselves at this or another location. The QR code contains a link where the poster and the script code for your own performance can be downloaded.
