In recent years, the term "performance" has been stretched and pulled in all directions, supplemented with the performative and performance-like, so that a kind of arbitrariness has set in that needs to be sharpened again. The exhibition at the Museum Tinguely on the "Performance Process" aroused great curiosity, was hotly debated in the art scene and received a wide variety of assessments.
