Performance Art Roll On – Eine Annäherung an Lücken der Ausstellung Performance Process im Museum Tinguely | An Approach to Gaps in the Exhibition Performance Process at Museum Tinguely
(2018)

From the introduction: In recent years, the term "performance" has been stretched and pulled in all directions, supplemented with the performative and performance-like, so that a kind of arbitrariness has set in that needs to be sharpened again. The exhibition at the Museum Tinguely on the "Performance Process" aroused great curiosity, was hotly debated in the art scene and received a wide variety of assessments. As part of an extraordinary collaboration, artists, mediators and theorists have now identified gaps. The result is this booklet. It is intended as a contribution to the discussion and a pillow book for the "Performance Process" symposium, which took place on January 26 and 27, 2018. January 27, 2018, also deals with questions within and about a specific Swiss history of performance art. We are convinced that this history must be written in a polyphony.
