"In so called joint-venture performances each artist, who wishes to join the guild will work together with one person from another profession to make a performance on the stage of Cabaret der Künstler – Zunfthaus Voltaire." This was the guideline for the performance program of the 2016 Manifesta Cabaret Voltaire.

On the 31 August 2016 Hanna Hildebrand presented a joint venture with Michele Kellerhals, biotechnologist and innovation professional with extensive product and brand innovation experience in global food and beverage industry.
In collaboration with the food engineer this performance piece is investigating the relation of surface and content and commercial language. “Frisch Frischer” humorously combines aspects of performance, action painting and scientific research. It is the quest for understanding about about food’s ingredients and packaging strategies of a common person and the explanations of an expert in the field going beyond the hypes of commercial political correctness.
