3D Tetris

The space of the office building with the recessed tracks in the floor inspired me for the performance. I also discovered the yellow beer coasters on site. I ordered 100 of them for the performance.

Performance:
I push various spatial constellations of four yellow beer trays into an elongated recessed track on the floor. The lane slowly fills up. This is accompanied by sound from different origins of the Tetris computer game. In between, I also take the places of the Tetris bricks and stand up straight, sit down, bend my upper body at right angles, etc. and climb the towers created in this way. I kick individual, unlined beer terraces so that they crash noisily to the ground. As soon as the track has filled up, the performance is over, just like in a computer game.
