Peut-on se rendre invisible sous les feux de la rampe?
trying to disappear interroge l’aptitude à se faire oublier, à se fondre dans le décor. Pour explorer cette capacité à disparaître, la figure du fantôme apparaît comme évidente, en tant que manifestation (in)visible d’un être qui tend à s’effacer et cherche à attirer l’attention des vivants.
trying to disappear est aussi une ode à l’imperceptible, au sensible, à l’éphémère, et peut-être une farce pour se jouer de notre grande disparition finale… parce qu’il vaut mieux en rire.
