Durante il mio anno di borsa di studio all'Istituto Svizzero di Roma, ho meditato nel Pantheon per un'ora ogni giorno, quando il sole era al suo punto più alto. Il 21 giugno 1998, il giorno più lungo dell'anno, sono rimasto in piedi nel Pantheon per un'ora e la luce che filtrava attraverso l'apertura rotonda mi ha attraversato.
