BOXING NOISE
(2021)

https://juliesemoroz.ch/

Enter the stage as you would a club, in search of a performance outlet that engages body and mind in a symbiosis of gesture, space and people. Boxing Noise is designed as a space-time for the expression of these internal forces in a public setting, bringing into play notions of group and individual, empowerment, support, and emotional and physical resistance.via a participatory sound performance with a sonified boxing bag suspended in space, part of the audience is invited to take part in the act of performing a gesture, a sound, modulating a space between inside and outside.
