'The Gathering' is a long-term project by the two artists Gisela Hochuli and Dominik Lipp. In close artistic collaboration with a loose collective consisting of numerous artists with an affinity for performance.These artists from the wider PANCH network (Performance Art Network CH) come together at irregular intervals for events, so-called gatherings, in order to jointly examine and explore space, place and temporal events with regard to their artistic provenances, as in the present work, created in the development of a collaboration with the idea of a micronation on an open field--forest and meadow property on sand slabs, in the idyllic and contemplative "Ämmitau" of the canton of Aarau, in Schöftland, called "Noseland".
