Triebjagd è stato un festival di tre settimane orientato al processo per i nuovi media, la performance e la subcultura, che è culminato in un evento di chiusura di due giorni. Durante il processo di sviluppo, rappresentanti di diversi campi e pratiche artistiche hanno lavorato insieme e fianco a fianco. Durante l'allestimento, una mensa con concerti, performance e il primo internet café temporaneo di Berna ha costituito un punto d'incontro per ospiti, partecipanti e artisti.
