Art action at the vernissage.
In collaboration with Andreas Wilhelm, perfumer

Scent of red wine, white wine and orange juice, wine glasses.

From the exhibition text by Nicole Seeberger:
The exhibition opens with the olfactory action entitled Apéro.
Today, the aperitif is probably the most common or even the most important part of every vernissage. Contrary to expectations, however, none of the usual drinks are served at this social and festive event. Instead, Anna-Sabina Zürrer has a scented orange juice, white wine or red wine "poured" into the glass, as desired. By serving the olfactory essence, the artist indirectly changes the usual behavior of those attending the vernissage. By reducing the drink to its invisible essence, the aperitif is transformed from a liquid to a gaseous aggregate state. Smells can also evoke the presence of a substance. The unfamiliar consumption from the visually supposedly empty glass is certainly just as much a topic of conversation.
