24 Stunden Ritual Theater Der Stadtgänger

Off-project for the 7th International Performance Conference at Kunsthaus Glarus, from the program prospectus: "In the action laboratory, interventions, understood as situation-related techniques, are used to experimentally challenge familiar communication and mediation structures as part of the program. In this sense, the conference sees itself as an interactive place of cultural negotiation and social networking." In the sense of interaction on a conceptual level, the performance space is to be supplemented and expanded, both spatially and temporally. In the urban space of Glarus, the empty store at Rathausgasse 11 will be declared a continuously open "art space". It will be "connected" to the conference room in the Kunsthaus by walking back and forth as long as the conference room is open, on an hourly basis. The 24-hour theater ritual with the "Hinundhergehen" begins on Sunday, March 7 at 3 p.m. zero zero and lasts until Monday, March 8 at 3 p.m. zero zero zero, ending after the conference.
