Abstract
Detrás de la Noche [Behind the Night] explores the hidden life of plants after dark, revealing subtle, often invisible interactions between vegetal and other forest beings. Filmed with multispectral cameras deep in the Peruvan Amazon, just below the equatorial line—where day and night are in perfect balance—the the film immerses viewers in a shadowed world of vegetal awakening, ecological intimacy, and botanical sorcery, as the forest reveals itself in other spectral registers beyond human sight.
