Abstract
Clothing as trace. As proof of belonging or exclusion. Garments shaped by labor, use and movement. Village to town to city. Worn. Repaired. Passed on. Accumulated lives held in fabric.

Found clothes are cut, reconstructed, misaligned. Patterns remembered, fragments repeated. Times collide. Values fracture. Preservation resists change. Transformation risks erasure. Circularity is questioned. Raw data.

The work remains in between. An uneasy state. Holding what remains for a moment. Social codes, inherited roles, lives present and absent.
