Abstract
Inspired by fragility, I make use of pleasure as a drive for overcoming pain. The fragile act of exposing oneself is a mirror for a transformation. A metamorphosis takes place, a superimposition of the animate and inanimate to create a new experience. The competing components within my collection, their unexpected intensity astonishes as a harmonic composition.
