Abstract
In her works, the sound artist juggles voices, instruments, technical music and tonal field recordings that distill into poetic arrangements and combine with dance, performance, visual images and light scenography. She is particularly interested in the nature of time. What does time mean to an individual in relation to physical and inner perception? And how does organic and mechanical time (e.g. the resonant sound of an instrument) relate to a society that strives for technological acceleration and consumption?
