"Like an extension of space, the rear wall opens up by means of a projection. It shows a woman striding along as a model in red high heels, turning and walking back, accompanied by a haunting sound collage. Only now do we realize that something is swinging between her legs, hindering her gait - and hitting her left and right Achilles heel with every step. Andrea Vogel has strapped an embroidery hoop around her body for the video performance - a striking image of the tension between dependence and personal responsibility, pride and pain, the hamster wheel and running away."
